Can companies in unloved categories make you love them?

BUILDING VALUE THROUGH CREATIVITY, CUSTOMER VOICE & EXPERIENCE TOUCHPOINTS

The deeper a brand runs within a company, the more value it can create. But how can you maximise brand-forward customer interactions to gain a competitive edge?

Join us for our next Ideally World event, where we’ll be having an intimate conversation with Brent Smart (Telstra), alongside top marketing minds Naomi Driver (Bupa), Ben Coulson (Dentsu) and Alison Tilling ( VML), to discuss creating brand value through every customer touchpoint in an organisation.

You’ll hear first hand what it takes to build a brand from the inside out, where the magic happens when you get it right, and where the missed opportunities lie.

The event now over, but you can view a highlight reel of photos and video footage from the night by clicking on the image below.
